This form does not send anything by itself. It composes the message and opens it in your own email app so you can see it leave — nothing is stored on this site and nothing can be silently lost in transit.

Response times, honestly

LiveVault is built by one person alongside other work, so there is no guaranteed response time and no support rota. In practice most messages get a reply within a couple of days. Security reports get looked at first — if something is urgent, say so in the subject line.

Email only

There is no support phone number and no live chat. Email keeps every request in one place with a written record, which matters more than speed when the subject is someone’s private media.
